Temporomandibular Jaw Disorders (TMD) Back To Services

For patients who are suffering from Temporomandibular Jaw Disorders (TMD) , we may be able to help. Many patients who experience TMD often have some sort of night time grinding or clenching habits (known as parafunction), and require a sleep appliance often referred to as a "Night guard". These appliances properly termed an "occlusal splint" serve to protect your teeth from wearing down excessively during these grinding episodes, as well as help prevent your main chewing muscles from becoming inflamed/spasm and resulting in jaw pain.
